Kishau Rogers

Kishau Rogers is a technology entrepreneur using computer science, systems thinking, and common sense to create intelligent human-centered solutions. As the Founder and CEO of Time Study, Kishau is the first Black woman in the state of Virginia to raise millions in venture capital to scale her tech startup. Headquartered in New York City, Time Study is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to help enterprises understand the impact of how their employees spend their time. Time Study is used by many of the top hospitals in the United States. Kishau’s work has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, and Black Enterprise. She holds a Computer Science degree and has over 25 years of technology and entrepreneurial leadership experience.

Jessica Walsh

Jessica the founder & CEO of RX Bandz, which makes auto-injectors (a better Epipen) which has been awarded several military contracts, among many other achievements.  She’s raised multiple rounds of investor funding and has also received a number of grants. She is an innovator and seasoned entrepreneur. A former project manager for world-leading construction and engineering firm, she gained business and technical experience from senior management positions in technology, business development, digital marketing, and team management, Six Sigma process improvements

Susannah Schoolman

Susannah is the Founder and CEO of Tourlami – a plant-based ingredients company specializing in plant-based butter. She is a professional pastry chef and baker with over a decade of experience working in award winning kitchens all over the world – including her time as Head Baker at b. Patisserie in San Francisco, and Head of Pastry and Viennoiserie at Hart Bageri in Copenhagen.

Plant-based since 2016, Susannah felt the disconnect between her personal and professional lives, and created Tourlami as a way to bring the highest quality plant-based ingredients to the foodservice space. Since starting her company in 2020 she has raised capital from both friends and family, as well as through venture capital.

Carolyn Katz

Carolyn Katz is a former banker, venture capital investor, strategic advisor and small business owner. She has broad expertise in small business and startup funding, preparation of business plans, financial forecasts, investor and pitch materials and has run workshops on lending, crowdfunding, profitability and pitch preparation. She is also a SCORE mentor and co-chairs its Funding Committee.
