Are You Being Held Back by Myths About Women and Success?
Join us for a transformative 2-hour session designed for women entrepreneurs who are ready to challenge the internalized myths that hold us back and step fully into our power.
This session features keynote speaker and executive coach Analiza Quiroz Wolf — entrepreneur, leadership strategist, podcast host of Women of Color Rise and author of The Myths of Success: A Woman of Color’s Guide to Leadership. Drawing from her powerful story and years of coaching women leaders, Analiza will unpack how deeply rooted myths like “you’re not worthy,” “stay humble,” and “networking is fake” keep us playing small—especially for women of color.
Together, we’ll explore what it takes to:
- Replace imposter syndrome with self-trust and self-definition
- Stop shapeshifting to fit in, and instead lead from a place of authenticity
- Toot your own horn and proudly articulate what makes you—and your business—exceptional.
- Build a practice of requesting help and leaning on your support system.
- Leverage your network strategically by identifying mentors, sponsors, and collaborators.
