Sandra Elisa Garcia, Founder, CEO, Encounter Your Potential
Sandra Garcia is the CEO of Encounter Your Potential, an award winning New York City based MWBE firm established in 2013. She is also the owner of Afro-LatinaBeauty.com, an online destination launched in 2012 for stories of Afro-Latinas sharing the same intercultural experience.
With more than a decade of experience in Marketing and Diversity, Sandra is a devoted Marketer with a strong track record for executing Workforce, Workplace, and Marketplace diversity strategies and programs. Sandra now sits on the Board of Directors of the Ithaca College Customer Experience Certificate program, The Digital Diversity Network, and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications. She was also a Forbes 30 Under 30 2016 nominee, and was awarded by Latino Leaders Magazine, a Top 25 Future Latino Leader (ages 25-35) in 2012.

Petia Abdur-Razzaaq, Digital Marketer, Founder The Stylista Group
Petia has, for the past 10+ years, been the principal of The Stylista Group. She and her team have developed and implemented digital marketing focusing on legacy lifestyle and luxury brands, helping them connect with present-day customers by harnessing the power of their brand stories and collaborating with micro-influencers. Their legacy brand clients over the years have included Vera Moore Cosmetics, Isoplus Hair Products, and Castro Convertibles, to name a few.
She is also a speaker for the Grow with Google Professional Trainer program. She began her career during the launch of The Boston Globe’s website boston.com, where she developed effective online marketing campaigns for major clients such as Dunkin’ Donuts and Fleet Bank.
Nina Froriep, Founder + Visual Storyteller, Clock Wise Productions
Nina Froriep has been in TV, film, and video production her entire life.
She’s seen it all, from the early days on independent features to big national TV commercials, corporate mega-shows, and Emmy award-winning documentary films, including one she produced and directed called Abraham’s Children.
Nina has negotiated with teamsters, clients, actors, crew, children, police officers, a few dogs, and one snake. All of them worth great stories.
Today, Nina is excited to enable business coaches and service-based entrepreneurs to create easy and impactful video marketing, so they can attract their ideal clients and be disruptors in their industry.
Nina loves spending time outside, especially in the Swiss alps, where she’s from. Her owner is a Dachshund-Yorkie-mix called Tigger.
Tania Sterl, Personal Stylist, Founder, Sterl on Style
Tania Sterl is a personal stylist, fashion expert, speaker and published co-author. Back in the day, Tania worked as a fashion designer and model. Her designs were worn by TV personalities and featured in magazines like In Style and Essence magazines. Now, as founder of Sterl on Style, Tania Sterl loves to showcase an individual’s uniqueness with style to elevate their value, vibrancy, and visibility. Tania has styled many entrepreneurs, executives, speakers, authors, thought leaders, and female founders for their TED X Talks, media interviews, photoshoots, and more. Tania works with individuals to align their image with their future goals so they can manifest more opportunities to grow their influence, business, and success.
