Do you ever feel overwhelmed, that everything is going to come crashing down, and that you will be revealed as less than who you really are?
Wikipedia defines that feeling as The Imposter Syndrome, a psychological pattern in which an individual doubts their accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a “fraud.” Too many people, especially women, are held back because they are afraid that they really aren’t capable or bright enough. So they don’t take any risks, reach out for help when they need it, or seize opportunities they deserve.
At this workshop, you will hear from a panel of women small business founders talk about how they learned to manage and overcome this fear, confirming their belief in their own capabilities and proving how good they really are.
