Sibahle Teas is a loose-leaf tea company that prioritizes its customers’ health by providing premium quality teas directly sourced and imported from smallholder farms in Africa. The name “Sibahle” (pronounced See-Bah-Clay) originates from the Zulu language and means “We Are Beautiful”. Our mission is to introduce the rich flavors and diverse cultural experiences of Africa to a wider audience while ensuring that local communities on the continent are compensated and empowered. Each of our tea blends captures the essence of Africa and takes you on a cultural journey with every sip. We offer only the finest handpicked leaves that produce teas that are bold, rich in flavor, aromatic, and naturally sweet. Our teas are named as affirmations to promote wellness and encourage customers to make the S.W.I.T.C.H; to Start With Incredible Tea and Change Habits. We do not add candied fillers or sugars to our teas, nor do we include thirty ingredients that barely fit on a spoon. Instead, we focus on whole-leaf single-origin orthodox teas and invite customers to simply taste the leaf.
Sibahle carries a range of black, green, white, and oolong teas, as well as a line of Rooibos blends indigenous to South Africa.
