Larissa Shmailo is a poet, novelist, Russian translator, editor, and writing coach. She leads the workshop Writing Resilience for people affected by trauma, addiction, and/or mental illness. Writing Resilience empowers participants who, through a series of generative exercises, write and own their stories and increase their coping and resilience.
