To empower, motivate, and educate youth on how to express their emotions through dance and fitness. Beg2Dance (B2D) will provide key tools for youth to feel secure, confident, creative, and supported while strengthening their minds, bodies and spirits. Youth will engage in teambuilding training in various genres of dance and adapt to a healthy nutritional lifestyle.
